Personal assistant gave us great recommendations for activities and the pools are wonderful. Our room was a little dated but clean. Favorite day out was a private water taxi to sugar beach by Shashamane. Food at the hurricane hole was good at good value.

From the moment we left the airport to the resort we felt taken care of welcomed to the island of St. Lucia and felt like we had a tour guide explaining everything about the island to us in addition to a driver. He made us feel comfortable and our introduction to the island an unforgettable one. He was awesome and we requested him for our drive back from the resort to the airport and it was another 5 star amazing experience as we were leaving St. Lucia.

When we landed we got a ride from Ronnie (another A++) who was ready to scoop us up despite a delayed arrival and a combined 30-45 minutes of Covid, Immigration and Customs. email/phone/concierge pal, Merissa. We were checked in, given a tour, shown our amazing room, and then we headed out to dinner at the grill. Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights in an ocean view room. The staff were all friendly and nice. The day we checked in they had a buffet dinner on the beach which was great. We used Ronnie Stephen from Leisure Sightseeing as our taxi operator and he helped book our Catamaran tour which was wonderful.
